چکیده
preeclampsia is very challenging for anesthetists due to the heterogeneous clinical spectrum of disease characterized by hypertension, risk hypotension, high aspiration, and difficult airway. Therefore, Meta-Analysis intended provide evidence on maternal neonatal outcomes preeclamptic parturient. A comprehensive strategy was conducted in PubMed/Medline, Science Direct, Cochrane from January 2000 May 2020 without language restriction. The Heterogeneity among included studies checked with forest plot I 2 test. Observational experimental reporting normotensive women were included. revealed that pooled incidence hypotension reduced thirty-eight percent as compared parturient, RR = 0.62(95% confidence interval (CI): 0.52 0.75). lower when women. low a quality which entails further randomized controlled trials. This systematic review meta-analysis registered research Registry (UIN reviewregistry1068).

متن کاملA review of the impact of phenylephrine administration on maternal hemodynamics and maternal and neonatal outcomes in women undergoing cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia.
Phenylephrine is effective for the management of spinal anesthesia-induced hypotension in parturients undergoing cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia. While ephedrine was previously considered the vasopressor of choice in obstetric patients, phenylephrine is increasingly being used. This is largely due to studies suggesting improved fetal acid-base status with the use of phenylephrine as w...
